I like the solid design and stong magnetic base. This holds a phone securely and you simply twist the ball adjuster nuts to tighten or loosen the ball joints. The swivel balls are 17mm (11/16 inches, just under 3/4). The combination of the two ball adjusters doesn't quite allow the phone toadjust 90 degrees relative to the magnetic base, in case you needed that adjustability. The side grips are sprung like most holders and feel strong and secure, with 2 metal extension rods supporting each side. The grip also has a 1/4"-20 thread per inch female threaded nut in one end to mount additional items or provide a solid mount for this holder. This is clever because the magneteic base allows removal or some "give" if something hits it. The kit also includes an adhesive-backed metal plate so if you have a non-ferrous surface like a dashboard, or windshield, the magnet has something to hold on. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 starts is when I mount my iPhone 16 Pro, the only position that works is the extreme bottom of the phone because the sides have buttons that get pressed if you mount it from the middle of the phone. You could also mount at the top of the phone but that blocks the camera. Either way, it seems a little off balance and in a shaky environment, the phone could fall out more easily. The largest distance between side buttons in the center of the iPhone 16 pro is effectively about 7/8" because of the spacing one button on the left side that is slightly lower than one on the right. The side grips on this phone mount are 1 3/8" so it will press one or two buttons if you mount it in the center of the iPhone. This button pushing causes problems when taking video. For a bike or motorcycle, I would go with something like a handlbar clamp for mounting a phone because the magnetic base on this unit could shift or rattle loose on rough terrain. In a car this would work just fine because you won't likely see it shake loose. Overall it's a solid design and works just fine, as long as you are ok mounting it toward the bottom of your phone (if it's iPhone 16 pro). Read more

This is a phone holder that attaches to a stable metal object via a strong magnet. Both the phone holder and the magnetic side can be positioned in multiple angles as well as rotates. Both can be tightened into position or loosen via a rotating bolt. As long as you have a metallic surface to stick this to, the phone can be positioned in a lot of ways.
