Well I took it for two months and the pain went away on the inside of my knee and I could sleep without the pain waking me up every night. I have been off of it for the last two months and I only have pain once in a blue moon. As a person suffering for the last 15+ yrs with sciatica, spinal stenosis, bulging disc henias, and severe Athritis I was hoping for a miracle and this was yet another dissapointment I was approached by an elderly gentleman at my back therapy appts he told me how much this product helped him with his back and knee pain and he said it was a game changer! I have so far took it for almost a full month and still I don't feel any relief from any of my issues I thought if anything it would at least help with my arthritis but Yet again another dissapointment I believe this is just a placebo effect for the price I had hope but now I'm still in pain and out $59. I am using this along with a few other formulas that contain specific nutrients that purport to address nerve pain. I figure that with consistent usage, over time, these nutrients will continue to be absorbed into my body to steadily assimilate health throughout my entire nervous system.
