I'd recently been in a slump with very low energy, and I'm inclined to believe these don't do much because most supplements don't (especially not until a few days or weeks later), but the morning after I took the night time pills I woke up feeling significantly better than the day before. I haven't changed anything else in my life that would explain the shift. Since I started taking these, I've experienced more restful sleep, weaker cravings, and more energy. The pills are smooth and pretty easy to swallow. No smell or taste to them. I've only been taking 2 of each per day, rather than the suggested 3 so far, mainly because in the past I've used GABA (which is an ingredient in these) which causes me to get an itchy feeling, but it seems the dosage I'm taking is low enough that it doesn't happen for me.
