Not going to lie I was skeptical but this stuff works. I have always had horribly swollen feet and ankles for the last 10 years. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the swelling of my feet. This is a quality product! I've recently been diagnosed with Lymphedema and my health care provider prescribed a diuretic to remove fluid (not really beneficial for lymph fluids and is hard on your kidneys) so I wanted to try a more natural approach. This 8 in 1 herbal blend is perfect for supporting your lymphatic system and works immediately, 1st dose! I mix with a little water, kind of herbally taste, but not bad. I’ve been taking this for a week and I can see a slight difference in my swollen feet and ankles; my ankles were totally covered by swelling and they’re slowly becoming visible again. My swollen lower legs and thighs are still a work in progress though. Raising your legs above heart level whenever you can is key. The liquid is really pleasant tasting, kind of a cola flavor.
