They are tougher than advertised
These work great for hanging my Christmas lighted garland and wreath on my aluminum window wraps. It's actually a bit heavier than what the hooks are advertised to hold, but they do a great job. I've used them for a couple of years now and just have left them up all year. This past year, in March, we had a very bad hail storm and my window wraps had to be replaced, so the hooks had to be replaced, which is why I bought more now. I can tell you for a fact that they have remained up for two full years without loosening or deteriorating in any way. Since I never tried to take them down, I can't tell you how well they come off, but they certainly stay on very well. Read more
