These are REALLY nice glasses. I built and owned Q Nightclub in Seattle in 2012 and xl Nightclub in NYC in 2000 and I would have bought several hundred of these as my cocktail glasses when I was first stocking our glassware at both clubs if I had been aware of them. Great "hand feel." Super solid, nice thick walls and base. It'll take some doing to break one of these. Absolutely worth the price if you're looking for a really nice drinks glass for your kitchen cabinet or home bar. Originally I had bought some pretty standard crystaline glass cups but had decided to search out something more clear/modern for a nicer presentation of clear ice I had recently gotten. I spent forever looking for ones that seemed like they’d have a good grip, weight and size. Eventually I landed on these. I was a little worried about buying without trying, but man I am impressed! They have a perfect amount of weight to them, feel incredibly sturdy and so far have survived my (admittedly underpowered old) dishwasher. They’re my go to glasses for making old fashioneds or straight pours of whiskey. Highly recommend pairing them with a clear ice cube mold (the big beefy boxes, not the standard sphere ones you’ll find anywhere), it really completes the look! I tried out many before settling on these. They have a nice heavy hand feel and classic modern style. They have a comfortable edge (that wasn’t too narrow to easily clean), and most importantly a nice rounded lip so they feel more expensive. The picture implies the lip is wider than the base, but it’s not, but it didn’t end up mattering. These are very nice, sturdy feeling glassware. The quality was truly tested when my 7 year old dropped one on my tile floor. The glass bounced several times and did not receive any damage. No chips, cracks or anything. I am impressed! Read more
