It is nice to get something wearable that is custom, personalizable and affordable. A lot of colors of blanks and thread to choose from, which is nice. But as daddy use to say you get what you pay for and sometimes less! The quality just ok not lush and comfortable. Not a thick quality sweatshirt and the embroidery is so-so. Read more

I wish i could return this! I ordered a size M, and it literally fits my boyfriend who is XL. Sizing is not accurate. Material is super thin. And the lettering isn’t even on the center of the sweater. It’s like by the collar. Super ugly. I’m so disappointed. Read more

When I received my order, I saw that the thread color was wrong. I contacted the seller and they were wonderful. They kindly worked with me to send a corrected replacement and I received it quickly.
