I've been using this twice a day for 2 weeks and it feels great. I have some auto immune issues and my skin is very sensitive and prone to some peeling and cracking on my legs if not moisturized regularly. My problem was that most lotions irritated my skin to the point that I only used Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. That worked, but is greasy and gets on everything. The Gold Bond Diabetic lotion works better! My skin is so smooth now with no peeling. When I put it on, it feels so good! No fragrance is just what I need for my sensitive skin. I'm sold! I don't know why I went with anyone other than Gold Bond before. Their products have consistently stood the test of time and this lotion is no exception. This is the only lotion that ACTUALLY keeps my skin soft and supple without being overly scented (no scent at all, actually!) or worse, feeling super greasy and/or heavy. It rubs in quickly and easily! I use this after every shower with Dove Deep Moisture body wash (or the generic equivalent) and my skin feels the best it's ever felt. I have always had very sensitive skin that get irritated easily and have very rough, dry cracking skin on my feet. I have to use a prescription strength product on my feet when it gets very bad, but when I don't need to go to that level, this is one of the very few over-the-counter products I use regular to help maintain both my feet and other problem areas (eczema) on a regular basis. This has no fragrances and is pleasant to rub in due to its thick texture. It is not oily but it can be a little slippery if you put it on your feet very heavily. In those cases, you are better off using less and rub it in until gone and just reapply more later if you need it, rather than trying to slather on a lot. I saw another reviewer leave a comment that it has an unpleasant smell. That statement is complete non-sense, this has barely any detectable smell at all after application.
