I bought this after dealing with some serious chafing during long runs,inner thighs and nipples. (runners know the pain 😅). Since then, I use it every time I run over 15 km, and it has worked really well. This is the most amazing product. Be prepared to be able to wear dresses and skirts with no irritation and no need to wear shorts underneath. I only need to apply it once or twice a day and it works.
