This crystal chandelier looks far more luxurious than its price tag suggests. Unlike other models with bulky, unattractive rings at the top, this one features a beautifully designed gold metal frame hidden behind the crystal strands, giving it an elegant and upscale appearance. This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous! I wasn’t sure about the grey crystals, but I love them! It blends well with the black frame windows. It’s time consuming to put together but very simple! Great value, great quality - packaged well and had no damaged pieces. Comes with white gloves to mitigate fingerprints on the crystals. Read more
Arrived missing parts and broken crystals. Poor value for money. Multiple broken crystals and missing crystal packs. Several scratched crystals. I was shocked as usually there are extra crystals to account for some being broken but this box didn't contain extra crystals and was actually short one pack of crystals. Read more
The installation was a little troublesome. A small screw was missing, but it was later found. The screw was loose and fell into the box during transportation. One crystal had no hole and could not be installed. The merchant quickly sent a replacement . The installation took a bit long, at least 6 hours. But everything was worth it, very beautiful. Although this Chandelier is beautiful and inexpensive, it is a very long assembly process.There were three of us and it still took 2 hrs to put together. You have to bend all hooks with pliers and then hook each crystal to the chandelier. Read more
