If anything that I would consider out of the ordinary happens, I'll be sure to update this review. Just off the cuff I can say it has pretty decent weight to it. It's not heavy by any means, but feels more substantial than what I believe the average reader would think an inexpensive watch may have. It *looks* like a higher-priced watch. The pictures in the listing aren't a misrepresentation of what you'll recieve. The average person isn't going to think this was as inexpensive as it was. The clasp seems sturdy, it's a solid 'click' as it latches into place. It feels durable. I'm a big-boned fella, so it fits well out of the box. I won't be able to speak to the idea of removing any parts to make the band smaller. I am incredibly hard on watches, and most things. I'm that typical bull in a china shop kinda guy... So an inexpensive watch that looks nice? won't hurt my feelings too much to own it until it meets it's almost certain untimely demise. I'll say this, if you're an regular guy looking for a watch that feels and looks good? And doesn't want anything other than to tell the time? I think you'll be happy. EDIT: 13 months of semi-regular wear later as the only watch I own? This has held up well! No scratches or loose parts. I did end up taking a link out recently as I became a little less-fat. Doing so was child's play. This was a great investment, I'm very happy with my purchase and wouldnt think twice about buying it again tomorrow if it died today. EDIT 2: December 23 2025. Coming up on 4 years of ownership. Still going strong and in great shape. These are definitely durable watches if I have broken one yet. Again, would not hesitate to replace one of them if it died.
