I like it. Relatively thin, durable, and inexpensive watch that keeps time well. This is the 3rd time I bought. I like this color dial as it's easier to read than black. The other one I bought was plastic. Its much lighter and lasted 2+ years but eventually broke the plastic pin holder in my heavy construction job. This one should last awhile and be easy to see. Love this watch since I first ordered on last year. Liked it so much that I ordered more to give as gifts to family. When one of the watches had a cosmetic issue we noticed shortly after arrival, they replaced it quickly and efficiently with no questions asked. Great price, clean simple design comparable to watches costing 2-3 times as much. Reliable, proven waterproof after swimming in oceans, rivers and pools. Easy to operate, larger easy to read digits (good for my older eyes) and most importantly it keeps accurate time!! Not sure why wrist watches have become so large and heavy, especially since in a watch, size does not matter. Though larger in diameter than I care for, the Golden Hour GH1313 being thin is a big plus and on my postal scale, it weighs in at 1.3oz (38g). Received the watch on 12/06 and it is very easy to set up the time and the date. It has a stopwatch function, which I'll probably never use, and an alarm which will come in handy when I travel. The oversized watch dial is very visible and the pretty aqua colored light is plenty bright enough and remains on for about 3 secs. Overall, a nice watch for the price... I have included some photos and you may notice that the date for Saturday in December is 19, but if you look at the calendar you will see that the 19th in December is a Tuesday. So of course you're thinking, 'well. the twit set the watch up wrong' and that is the exact thing I thought. So I went back and worked to get the thing properly set and as I scrolled through the 31 days available to set for the date, I became disappointed in my brand new watch. In my photos, I could have of course set any date for any day and claimed foul in the hopes that the vendor would ship me a new watch just to shut me up. However, one of the photos shows the date as 38 and 39 and there is no way for me to fudge those. Those two numbers show for the 28th (38), the 29th (39), the 30th (38), and the 31st (39). The other inaccurate dates are the 8th (18), 9th (19), 10th (28), and the 11th (29). So if I can't trust the calendar, how can I trust the time? Read more

I bought this watch for an extremely specific purpose. I do not like having a bedside alarm clock in my bedroom because I don’t like any form of ambient light. Also, my nightstand is small and I keep other stuff on it. So I just sleep with a digital watch on. I wake up several times in the night and glance at the watch I wear to bed. I usually wear my Timex Ironman. But since I look at it with bleary eyes and no reading glasses, I found the display was too small. I wanted a watch with (1) a large digital display and (2) a good light. This watch checks both boxes. The display is bold and clear and the blue-ish illumination stays on for several seconds (I can hit the upper left button but don’t have to hold it). I cannot comment on water resistance because I will surely never shower or swim with it. The stopwatch seems to work well, but I probably won’t use that either.
