We've had this for a year now with 2 large dogs, is still holding strong with no signs of falling apart. It's been tugged on, chewed on, outside in the snow and extreme heat and its held up to everything (aside from the color fading). 10/10 will buy again. Read more

We have an 8 month old Australian Cattle dog/Brittany mix. She has destroyed every toy that we've gotten her from hours to a week. This is the first toy she loves and hasn't destroyed. I love the hand holes that allows tug play and she likes to grab the center. It's heavier and doesn't fly as far, but I will take that over the other discs that don't last a week. If you have a dog that's a heavy chewer, I recommend this highly. Read more

This Good Scout Tumbler Ball is one SOLID toy and my dog absolutely is obsessed with it. There's a hole through the center you can fill if so desired. I put a little peanut butter in there when I first gave it to her, but haven't needed to do anything to entice her to play with it since. As other reviewers have pointed out, the tumbler ball has some heft to it and so is more of a toy to chase than to catch. It's fun to roll because of how it bounces irregularly. I also purchased the Good Scout Cage Ball, which she loves second to the Tumbler Ball. The Cage Ball is not as hefty and you can get a good grip on it to play tug. Plus she just loves to sit and chew on both of these, which is one of the main reasons I purchased them. Not a single tooth mark on either one yet! I'm a Good Scout fan and once again beyond thrilled with my purchases from them! Read more

Okay for a big dog but way too heavy for mine. Read more

I liked that it was a flexible and somewhat soft material but it certainly isn't for an aggressive chewer! It was nice (while it lasted) and was easy to toss for the dog to chase. Because it was relatively "flat", it was hard for him to pick up (depending on how it landed). It would probably be fine for the normal chewer but not an aggressive one. Read more

My dog loves to play frisbee, but gets a little chompy when he's excited, so any kind of hard plastic frisbee gets destroyed pretty much immediately. Most of the alternative materials I've tried have been too heavy or floppy to fly very well, or too flimsy to stand up to the chomping. This one is pretty perfect though. There's a thicker rim around the outside to give it structure so it flies well. The center part of the disc is thinner, so it's not too heavy, but it's thick enough to resist punctures by dog teeth. These things are all hard to tell from photos, but if you have a chompy dog and want a frisbee that actually flies, you could do much worse than this one. Update: the day after I wrote this he tore a big hole in it. I wasn't present for it, so it may have been user error, but be advised that the material isn't invincible. It still flies for now though because the rim is still intact, and I still like the way it flies. Read more

1. Flying ability: B+. It wasnβt easy to get a toss that hovered well enough for my dog to catch. 2. Floating min water: A. yes it floats. 3. Lasting time: F. 30 minutes of play and the toy is in the trash. Good Scout states the product is good for medium and large dogs but they are wrong. Iβm pissed and my dog, Teddy, is very disappointed! Read more

The media could not be loaded. My dog is a 75 pound Pitbull mix and the heaviest chewer I've ever had. I can't even count the number of "indestructible" dog toys she has turned to confetti in 10 minutes or less. I've had this for several weeks now and she absolutely loves it. We use it for fetch, tug-o-war, and she will even lay in her bed and just chew on it like a teething toy for 20-30 minutes at a time. It has been her go-to toy since the day it arrived. Despite all that heavy use, it still looks brand new. There's not a single chunk gone or tear in it. I'm absolutely amazed at the durability of this toy! Only slight drawback: it had a fairly strong rubbery smell when it first arrived, but it faded pretty quickly and I don't notice any smell from it anymore unless I put it right up to my nose. It's a small price to pay to have finally found a toy that my dog absolutely loves that is safe for her teeth and will also hold up well to the abuse she puts toys through. I'm definitely going to have to look for other toys from this company that are made of the same material. I can't recommend it highly enough!! Read more
