Quick Read Speed. Seems Accurate in terms of post cook assessment of the meat.
As described. It's responsive in terms of "read speed" Gives you the temperature of the meat quickly. That said, it's obviously not as "instance" as the expensive digital ones, but it definitely serves the purpose.
