The quality is great, the lights are adorable. The size is pretty much true to size. I bought this for my son. He is usually an L. Reading some reviews where people said to size up, so I did. Glad I did. Its a nice lose fit and its cute. He has to wear this to school tomorrow. He plays in HS marching band. All students are required to wear one. I definitely recommend this sweater.
