I went for the highest weight knowing I would rather do shorter segments than purchase vest after vest. I know there are adjustable ones, I also know I won't adjust it, LOL! This vest is great, easy to take on and off, plenty of room on the sides. I definitely feel a huge difference when I use it. I use it 2-3 times a week when boxing, I also use for for squats. Haven't tried running/jogging with it, I tend to do more strength training than cardio. Read more
I love this vest ... I bought it for Crossfit but have found myself using it even for walks with the dog just to have a little more intensity. It fits very nicely and I am able to adjust it across the chest to fit snugly. I have not tried to run with it yet so I cannot comment on if it moves or causes chaffing, but for body weight movements and walking, it is A+. Read more
As far as weighted vests go, I am pleased with this one. Pro’s: -The weight sets evenly around my chest, back, and shoulders. -The material is soft and cushiony, and stays reasonably dry during a workout -The material that it’s filled with is dense and not overly bulky -The price is reasonable Cons: -The weight is not adjustable (I was aware of this when I bought it) -The vest is very large (I am 6 feet, 200 pounds, and I have to tighten it all the way) -The stitching is already coming apart Overall, I am pleased with this purchase, though I highly recommend keeping a close eye and making repairs as needed. Otherwise you will likely wear this vest out in short order. Although it fits nicely, it is so large that it likely won’t fit most individuals. Being athletic, I have a reasonably large chest, and even so, I wish that it tightened more than it does. Jogging with it is a very awkward situation, as the neoprene material moves far too much to make it worthwhile, though most workout activities are perfect given the vests low profile and even weight dispersement. Overall it’s a good buy, and I am happy with the purchase. Read more

After the bone scan I got the “as we get older” report. Weight bearing exercise was what I needed to stop the thinning bones. Since I do walk a lot a weighted vest fit the bill. This product is adjustable, with front straps, it has net pockets for a Cell phone or other gizmo. These are sold as specific weight levels so try carrying something similar to figure out which to order. Read more
Well balanced and well constructed of seemingly quality materials. The straps, however, could close and hold more tightly for a snugger fit to prevent shifting of the vest during activities. Read more
I got the 30 lb weight vest when a friend recommended me to add a weight vest to my workout equipment collection. I tried his on and it fit pretty well. It was snug to the body. So when I got this one, I was expecting something similar, however it wasn’t exactly. It’s not a bad vest but I think it would be more helpful with some additional features. Firstly, this one seemed a bit large for me, so it didn’t fit as snug as the one I tried from my friend. I would’ve prefered the lower straps to be able to syntch in tighter, which would make it tighter to the body. Without it, the weight of the vest drops during certain activities, such as when doing pushups or even with just regular movements, it would sway and bounce. I find that this adds unnecessary pressure and momentum that could actually damage joints in the long run if not used accordingly. Another thing is that I was expecting there to be additional padded straps or a housing underneath the sandbags to provide support, but instead it’s just sand punches directly onto the body, so I could feel the bumps and contours of the weight. Also, it makes it harder to pickup as there isn’t really structural integrity to it. Sometimes, it’s feels like trying to pick an octopus. However, other than these factors, if used accordingly and with care, I think it does the job. It does add a good weight to the body for more low intensity workouts. I also wear it on the daily to supplement almost everything I do, putting it on top of a hoodie so I can have more support and to fill it out. Read more
I thought I needed a heavy vest. If I got another one, I would go lighter so I could wear it all day. This one is good to wear during a workout. But with all the weight on the shoulders, it gets uncomfortable pretty quickly. Read more
