for the price, less than 25$, so far this product has been amazingly user friendly, this is my first one of its kind. Its pretty quick to get heated because it only holds about 320 ml at a time, but I like the attachments Ive tried so far. the window and door attachment and the nylon brush one. cleaned vertical blinds, sliding glass doors, mirrors, refrigerator, fake wood kitchen floor, door knobs light switches, counters, grout, tough buildup inside the fridge was so easy to clean. I look fwd to using it to clean car interior, door handles, stains, crevices, etc. I have only owned this for less than 5 days, so far so good. Just be extremely careful to make sure you release all the steam before opening the cap to refill, and UNPLUG. Steam will blow the cap off and burn your hand and anyone who doesnt duck! There is no on/ off switch, just unplug. Its good to have rags and brushes and cloths in other hand or a friend/ helper to wipe it up as I steam. Pretty cool little thing. It has good pressure and steams very well. The only downside I see and it's not a big deal if you're a patient person, is that it has to reheat in the middle of cleaning and that gets kind of annoying. On the bright side though, it is small and light weight. It cleans just about any surface too. Be careful not to overfill though, it will spit a ton of water out and soak whatever you are cleaning. I thought I was out of water so I filled it again, little did I know it was just reheating. Basically my couch got a little bath. No big deal, I learned my lesson. I like the attachments, they are pretty handy. Wish it came with more fitted pads. I think it is worth the buy. Try it. Worse case you don't like it and have to return it. This steamer is very easy to use, and kills bed bugs immediately, and from a few inches away which is perfect for cleaning into mattresses and couches. Pros: heats up fast pretty long cord different nozzles for different surfaces steams clothes decent small for storage cons: needs to be refilled fairly quickly sometimes leaks out the fill zone, or tip of the steamer (even if underfilled) usually makes a high pitch screech until you loosen the cap a bit DO NOT open the top when there is still a bit of water and it is still hot, it explodes and the cap rockets upward overall, highly recommend and a great deal for what you get from it Read more

The water pressure is good and cleans well without having to use chemicals. However, I actually gave it away. While using the steamer you must hold down a button. This took a toll on my thumbs. It would have been great if it had an on/off switch. Read more

Even with the inexpensive prince tag this machine does as much or even more than the name brand one I am replacing due to breaking. I use this strictly for cleaning purposes. It doesn't come with much but you don't really need much. I just want a great steam cleaner that heats up quickly and can cut through a greasy stove top and nasty water deposits. This does it. I will probably buy more to give out as presents. Read more

Not really a steam cleaner. The steam that comes out of this thing is cool and having no real force behind it, it doesn't really do anything. It makes not a dent in any grime you would want to use it on. The small bit of force it does expel will move around loose crumbs but that's about it. I guess that's all you need for a review, it's just not hot enough, and has no force behind it. Read more
