This Mini is truly mini.. works great and the telescoping feature works by just extending it. You can get a similar non branded model for 50% of the cost and it'll work just as well, but if you care about aesthetics, I will admit this one has a better feel and the handling and mini factor comes in handy. This is a quality tripod for your GoPro antics and filming. I bought this tripod for quick deployments and filming. Pro: The plastic is lightweight but feels sturdy in the hand. Con: The tripod uses a flathead screw versus the normal hand screw. I ended up taking the hand screw from my float handle for quicker changes. 10/10 recommend this GoPro tripod for your GoPro. I spent a week on vaca using this instead of the longer water proof one that came with the GoPro. I found the shorty to be lighter, sturdier, and small enough to put the gopro attached to the Shortly in my pant pocket, or backpack without sacrificing alot of room. Read more

This little tripod is actually pretty durable and very stable. Its able to extend out a bit, almost like a short selfie stick, but also is able to turn into a tripod for those static shots. Super easy to setup on my GoPro9. Overall definitely worth the price Read more
