These are advertised as table knives but I use them as utility/paring knives. The handle is comfortable and the blade is a bit longer than an ordinary paring knife and the blade is extremely sharp-as in be warned of its sharpness and that it holds its edge well. I will not say these are cheap but they are inexpensive and excellent quality for the price. Now that I have written this, I feel the need to get another set as a standby! Read more

I bought these knives, because I was looking to expand what I had already bought from a different manufacturer. These do not hold up to the quality that of the other knives that I had bought. They are a little bit more jagged in there cutting. However they are quite sharp. The handles themselves feel flimsy, compared to the others I have. This might be because they're a little bit thicker in the hand grip as opposed to the others I have which are slender hand grips so it might be an issue of my hand not liking a thicker blade handle. Overall I think they're cutting ability, aside from being a little bit jagged if you cut the wrong way, is good and at this point their durability I'm not sure I can say that it will be long-lasting. There's already a small amount of rust spots that have attached themselves to the blade. And they are only used for cooking meats or sandwich breads or general food items they're not used for anything like a huge slab of meat as a carving knife or anything. So I would not have expected after just a couple of months for these blades to start showing any kind of rust stain at all. Overall if you're looking for something really sharp in a serrated type of blade, this is probably a good product for you. Just keep in mind that the handle grip can be a little bit thick for some people. If you like a thinner type of handle this might not be the knife for you. Read more
