The pack I purchased came with: Boar bristle brush: A well constructed, solid brush that seems like it's going to last a while. Tames the beard well, and isn't abrasive against the skin. Cigar Vanilla Blend Beard Oil: A great smelling moisturizing product that makes my mane much more manageable. Doesn't feel greasy or oily after application, but leaves a nice healthy sheen. Cigar Vanilla Blend Beard Balm: Keeps everything put after attention with the brush. It doesn't have the firmest hold, but if I wanted to pomade my beard I would. Smells great and a little goes a long way. Beard Wash: Truly excellent product. A tiny dab in the fingers lathers up an unbelievable amount and thoroughly coats my dense chops. This product has lasted me a few weeks with 3 showers a day, and there is still plenty left to go. I would absolutely buy these products again, and you should too. Read more

I love the beard oil and balm. It leaves my beard smelling and feeling good. It is the perfect recipe as it keeps my flyaways down without making my beard feel oily. The balm is a little harder than I prefer meaning that it is hard to get out of the tin and takes a little more time to melt. The vanilla cigar scent is amazing although I wish it lingered for longer. I only seem to smell it for about an hour. The brush and the wash is what I really wanted and that is ultimately what left me a little unsatisfied. The brush is an ideal design with the nice bamboo handle but the bristles are just too firm and prickly. I feel like it is scratching instead of massaging my face. The beard wash lathers up really nice and you don't need hardly any at all. The scent is weak. It doesn't leave my beard smelling or looking any better than typical shampoo does. I gave it 5 stars because the company seems to want to offer great products and I was really happy with the oil and balm. If I was just going off the wash and brush it probably would have been 3 stars. Read more

Have always loved the scent of the balm and oil in this pack. My favorite of all beard care products. The shampoo was something new and I really liked that too. A little dab will do you though, it has a strong scent, which I like and lathers pretty well, so a dime sized about on a one inch beard is all you need. Finally the brush. Grave Before Shave™ Beard Care Pack (Cigar Vanilla Blend)- I purchased beard grooming products because I was starting to look like a homeless man on crack. I was looking woolly and scratching my face. My wife was complaining. Something needed to change. The positives: the product came on time and as described. The shampoo smells great and I need very little of it to lather up my beard. It takes much less liquid to lather than typical, high-quality shampoo would for my scalp. The oil, which I apply immediately after I towel dry from the shower, is also very pleasant smelling. The beard balm does not require a lot to tame the strays. Scent: While the scent is labeled "cigar vanilla", don't think stanky-smoke from Uncle Louie's $4 saliva stumped chewer. Think of the sweet mellow molasses smell mixed with vanilla that a flavored cigar might have. NO tobacco hints that I can perceive. I did not tell my wife the name of the scent. My wife HATES cigar and cigarette tobacco and smoke smell, and she really liked the smell of this blend. My only two complaints, and they are petty ones (I'll admit it): The nice quality bristle brush is coarse and a bit abrasive on my face, though very, very effective.
