This “Egg Skillet “ is great!!! Just use a SOFT cloth and dish soap to clean it, then dry it right away. I always put a thin layer of oil on it ( although it’s not necessary) just because I’m old with old ways. Read more

Great pan for eggs and leftovers ! I wanted to get away from unhealthy nonstick sprays. This pan is the perfect size for 2-4 eggs or an omelet. I use a tiny amount of olive oil, thinly spread it and cook on medium heat ( not high). Eggs turn perfectly or scramble well. Use wooden or nonmetal utensils. Cleans with a swish of dish soap and sponge in seconds. Highly recommend. Read more

We bought a lot of these frying pans over decade (needed different sizes and multiple items) - there is never issue with quality (just a reminder - do not use metal utensils and do not spray the pans with cooking oil since it takes away the non-sticky features pretty fast as we learned from experience:)). Love this pan. I use a very light spay and nothing sticks and clean up is so easy. The only downside is if you are trying to stirring something it just slides around. Read more

I had never used a ceramic pan before I made this purchase, so I was figuring on a little bit of a learning curve. I read the directions and followed them carefully regarding the proper heat up time and oil to use. The only thing I will say is that when cooking eggs, whether scrambled or over easy, I started with a cold pan with olive oil in it. Over easy eggs seemed to stick no matter what I had done prior so starting with the cold pan and adding the eggs to that and allowing everything to heat up at the same time made them slide around perfectly. Low to medium heat is optimal. Read more

It’s a nice little pan. Lightweight, flared sides for easy flipping, heats pretty evenly and it’s comfortable to hold. Unfortunately, after just a few short weeks, it’s also the worst pan I’ve ever owned. Always hand washed with a soft cloth, always used on medium heat or less and it’s never been left empty on a hot burner. No cooking spray, just oil and butter. Now it sticks so bad it’s practically unusable. Read more
