I replaced some very old Swiss Diamond pans with several of these Greenpan ceramic fry pans. They did not come with lids, but the lids I had for the Swiss fit perfectly on my new 10 and 12” pans. The best part, the non-stick has been amazing. I have been careful in that I don't use metal utensils with them, always add a bit of oil (not much), and always hand wash with non-abrasive sponges as recommended. The non-stick was wonderful to begin with, and has not degraded a bit over 6months of use. I do have to pre-soak the pans before cleaning sometimes if I let the pan get way too hot and dont pay attention, but then any stuck material comes off easily. Work great with my induction cooktop, great even heat distribution, and the price was right. I would buy these again. Read more

Really like these, heat well, super non-stick, I've been careful to follow the basic instructions (don't get them too hot, no metal utensils) and they have held up perfectly. While other pans might be sturdier, they have chemicals (PFAS, etc.) I don't want in my body, I would rather take it a bit slower and not use metal utensils than have that garbage get in my food. These work great, are super easy to clean, and keep that garbage out of my body, so super win-win as far as I'm concerned. Read more

These are the absolute worst pans I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. I have tried everything, read all the directions, heated the pans for 15 minutes before using, used tons of butter or oil and they always consistently stick. Whatever “green” chemicals they coat on these pans not only does not prevent sticking but does prevent your food from browning nicely. Food comes out pale and rubbery every time . This is such a lose lose situation. There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about these pans. I would bet my life no real chef would include these abominations in their kitchens. I’m completely baffled at why they were created. Oh and they are insanely heavy too, which just adds insult to injury. I am happily throwing these pans away. If I could burn them I would. 1/10 do not waste your money. Read more

I really like how these ceramic pans cook food so evenly. I like the weight of them as well, they aren't too heavy yet not too light, they have a really nice handle that doesn't get hot. They are a nice quality materials. We owned a previous model of the Green Pan and found that it scratched much more easily than we had expected, these do not. With this one we are being careful to use silicone utensils, but have also used stainless steal spatula with no problem. I have the ones that are white on the outside and am disappointed with how quickly the outside discolored and stained really quickly. The nonstick coating is really nice and easy to clean. Read more

Had these for a year now. We grew up using nonstick pans and had them forever it seems like. Wish I had found these earlier they are a game changer for healthier cooking. We preheat a bit and use cooking oil/ butter…no spray, and gently hand wash. Low to medium heat. No issues with durability, still look almost new. Got a great deal on Amazon for a set. I bought another that had been clearly used and repackaged, which Amazon corrected quickly. Definitely recommend these for everyday cooking chores. Hard to beat! Read more

I was originally excited about these pans, for their nontoxic nonstick properties. They are nice and heavy/sturdy, and performed great...for about 2 months. Then things started sticking, and would sometimes leave dark marks/residue. I followed the care directions exactly, but the coating still failed really quickly. I cook with them every day, mostly eggs, veggies, and some meat/tofu. Super disappointed with these pans! We're already shopping for a replacement. Read more

I order the set in August 2023 and loved the non stick and even heating of the pans. Starting in January 2024, things have started sticking to the pans. Last night we made fried rice and the egg still won't come off the pan after soaking all night. I use the pans typically 2-3 per day, every day so most pans start failing after 1 year. We followed all of the manufacture instructions of low to medium heating and preheating, cleaning, and only using oil not spray. I would not purchase this brand again since it didn't make it through the year of use at minimum. Read more
