These worked really well for me! Bought 24 total (2 packs) to line each side of my long driveway, and there was not a single one that failed despite some not being exposed to as much sunlight as the others. These were bright, easy to apply & accomplished the goal. I love that my house is no longer dark & scary out front. Also such a great value - could not have found a better priced alternative elsewhere. I didn't mind that they look "plasticky" because no one can tell when it's dark, but if you're finicky about a classy appearance, then may look elsewhere. Read more

These are spaced 4' apart and adequately light pathway to front door- making unexpected after-dark visitors or deliveries much safer. Easy to assemble and set up. The plastic clear enclosure will hopefully deter bugs as well. Classic design is fairly unobtrusive in daytime. These probably would work 5' apart as well. They don't look cheap or feel flimsy. These work will and have lasted a while, but they are quite small and probably better suited for a walkway than driveway, since delivery vans keep running them over. This one shattered but the others are still in good shape. They have good water resistance and while they don’t stay lit for very long after dark, we’ve had these for a year and they still charge and light up. I bought this set of solar garden lights and I liked them because they're easy to install and don't require any wires. You just place them wherever you want, and they charge in the sun during the day. The light is warm (not harsh white), so they look nice along pathways or around plants. They turn on automatically at dusk and have held up well in the rain so far. If you're looking for something simple to add more light and detail to your patio or driveway, these work quite well.
