This was a nice buy, and at a great price value. My very energetic and super chewing Cocker Spaniel absolutely loves this it. Unfortunately the strap on it didnβt last long before she chewed it off. The ball is still in good shape though, despite all her best efforts to try and ruin it. Her favorite way to play with it, is where we go in our hallway and I throw it at the floor. Then she chases the bouncing ball all the way down the hall. It's the cutest thing, because she looks like a bunny running and hoping at the same time. If you have a dog that loves balls, but also constantly ruins them, then this ball is meant for your dog. Read more

My golden retriever was all about this ball as soon as it came out of the Amazon package. He couldnβt wait for me to give it to him. The ball itself is high quality and durable, making it perfect for tough chewers. It is a sort of tough rubber texture but soft enough to not break any teeth. The tug of war rope makes it even more functional because you can play fetch as well as tug with your pup. The rope is strong to withstand lots of pulling. The size of the ball is a bit bigger than a tennis ball making it good for bigger dogs. It also has a bit of a sweet smell coming out of the package, kind of like vanilla. I think that helped entice my pup. Overall, this is a good quality ball. My pup approves! Read more

Normally my 2 big dogs love toys that they can wrestle and play with but this toy they just don't care to touch. Even when I try to initiate the play they turn their head. I think it would make a great toy for our big dogs if they would cooperate. The toy seems to be durable, although I would be careful giving this to a tough chewer because the ball would be easily destroyed. Read more

I have a 9-month-old long-haired dachshund that likes to play rough. She will play with regular squeaky toys and balls, but she LOVES thrashing this one around. It has even encouraged her to play more independently, which is really nice after a long workday! She'll grab it by the handle and thrash it back and forth before letting it go and chasing it. I like that it's lightweight and bouncy enough not to pose a risk of her hurting herself. It's also fairly quiet when bounced on the floor, so the neighbors won't hate us. Overall, this is a great option for dogs that are a little more intense when playtime comes around (no matter the size!) Read more

The dog love this toy, but is a little confused about it. He does that "don't take, only throw" thing a lot when we play fetch, so he won't let me throw this that often. He does like to play tug-of-war with it, though. Or sometimes he just wants to chew on it. It's amazing he hasn't chewed through it anywhere, so I have to give it points for that. He's a pretty aggressive chewer. The toy has a neat bounce and the strap is comfortable to hold while playing with the dog. Read more

The loop strap is incredibly strong and the "rubberized thread" really does help maintain a good grip. However, note that when they say "20-inch cord or 8-inch strap" they are referring to different models, not an option to change the configuration. This one means a close-up game of tug-of-war, with your hand 6" from your dog's mouth. In addition, the rubber isn't particularly thick, enabling the ball to collapse flat when bitten. Some dogs find that off-putting while it also makes it much easier for an aggressive chewer to tear it apart. Definitely not "nearly indestructible." And given the size (3.5" diameter), it's not for medium-sized dogs either. Read more

This product is remarkably confusing. The title calls this an indestructible Chew Ball but the instructions say "not intended as a chew toy or for unsupervised use." Plus there's this unidentified smell. Other similar products by this brand say "free of latex, vinyl and phthalates. This one does not. There is absolutely no information about what it is made of and it is not a chew toy. I showed this to my friend whose dog I walk and she asked me not to use it with her dog. Made in China of unidentified materials and a weird smell, I will not use this product with my dog or any dog. Read more

Very sturdy so far. Has held up well even with all my dog's aggressive chewing and gnawing and saliva. He enjoys playing with it and the bright colors make it easy to find in the grass. Read more
