I received the PKG Saturday afternoon. Everything arrived as described in perfect order. After I removed all the packaging, and inventorying what was delivered, I determined the quality of the product was above the value I paid and felt happy for my purchase. Next I looked for the directions and found that they were simple to follow. Putting my tent together was simple and I was able to put it together on my own until I got to the zippers - I got a quick hand to pull one of the zippers a little closer for me and that allowed me to finish the project on my own. I had the rent itself together in twenty minutes. Next I hung my ventilation and the fan. The clamps and the tubing and regular screws on the clamps, the combination was a little awkward putting together with a screwdriver, as the directions suggested but I was able to hang it up in about fifteen minutes. And next was the fun part- for me anyways, I like lightning- it's a nerd thing I guess but the 300 Watt included light is pretty powerful and looks great hanging there. It's bright, so I would recommend getting some glasses with UV protection because you're going to be in there while it's running- The included timer and agrometer are simple and work perfectly. Purchased this for our winter weather to keep plants alive until next spring, so we can replant them. Good price. Good quality. Very little light leaks out, only at zipper seams in a few places. Zipper does tend to get stuck on bottom, but comes back loose easily. The light is super bright and does a good job. The thermometer thing they give with the digital readout is useless and doesn't work, but still worth the product purchase overall. Read more

First of all, this is my first indoor grow tent. I have limited room so I put the fan and filter outside of the tent. I really like that every thing is included. I found light pin hole leaks around the top piece and some thin fabric on part of the zipper. All in all. It's really nice for a small area. I raised the grow light high and used 3 gallon fabric pots to give more grow room. I'm thinking about ordering another one for clones. I just wish it had a observation flap on the side. The media could not be loaded. The Topogrow tent is perfect for someone just starting, or you can do what I did,and upgrade some things, but first, the Topogrow is worth it's price, and it comes with everything that you need to grow in your home anytime of the year. The tent itself is actually built for serious growing. Most people look for a tent with an observation window. I did that, but after researching, this is light pollution. Simply run your thermostat and humidity sensor (one piece) outside the Topogrow tent through a convenient port on left bottom or top right) and it's controlled without going into the tent so much. , my wife and I are growing bonsai, desert roses and plumerias, so I upgraded the light, placed a heat mat at the bottom, since my desired temperature is 78-85 farenheit, and humidity between 45-60 percent. I'm achieving the same results that I thought I needed in this Topogrow tent compared to spending roughly 300 more on a different grow tent. My wife Roxanna and I are satisfied with this purchase. Was a little skeptical but I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the purchase, set up was really easy took about an hour from unboxing, plants were very small when I started and they've grown quite nicely I did order a second light just because I wanted to make sure that the light absorption of plants was decent for growth of buds. I typically grow outside but I decided to get this due to Winter although Winter's here are very mild no snow. Just buy it. Read more

Cheap, un-sturdy but the biggest issue is that the product arrived with a defective frame where some of the white 16mm frame poles were not machined properly with a beveled edge to slide into each other (#3 poles should slide into #4 poles). I tried narrowing the defective #3 entry pole with tin snips as a DIY solution to avoid a return/refund, but it didn't ultimately work. Rather than simply send a replacement for the individual defective frame poles, seller kept pushing back and was unwilling to replace what should have been a very cheap and simple fix, especially considering they will have to replace the poles anyways before sending the returned to kit to someone else. Customer service had limited English comprehension and was difficult to work with. I ultimately returned the item for a refund through amazon. You might have better luck, but there is definitely a non-zero chance that your tent kit will arrive defective and the seller will be unwilling to replace the individual defective parts. Your only recourse will be a return/refund, so make sure to save all the original packaging and don't open any of the other components until you've verified everything arrived in working order through each step of the assembly process.
