One of the best portable storage you can buy
I read a lot of reviews and watched many videos before buying the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. My main use for this Growatt is for overnight camping trips and use as a back-up power in case of black-out conditions to run some equipment like Refrigerator and be able to heat food using the microwave. The Growatt battery capacity is great like but with a good solar panel it can definitely come handy when required. One can always add an additional battery, up to 2 add-on batteries for total of 6100WH. That works seamlessly to extend the battery capacity or go and buy the various available Alternator charges for your vehicle. The Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro provides 2048WH 2400W output. Growatt Infinity 2000 met the power requirements that I was looking for. And the surge power 4000w is really high. So running a microwave for a short time or a coffee machine at a campsite or picnic is not an issue at all. The other reason was the 5 year warranty that comes with Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. Below are a few things I like about the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. 1) Construction - This is a solid built product. The bottom edges have these rubber bumpers for extra protection. The form factor is designed well to fit in the car. The handles are positioned for comfortable carry of the 51lb weight. The box is strong and one can easily put heavy items on the top without any issues. With the LFP battery and 4000 battery cycles, it will last me forever. 2) Display - It's big and clear. Very easy to read even on a bright day on the auto adjust display. All the connections that are turned on are shown on the display. 3) App and Connectivity - The MyGro App is impressive, works great and it's very easy to use. There are so many options that you can set via the app. Connecting the Growatt to the app was a breeze. It connects to WiFi without any issue and also to bluetooth. It is full featured and adaptable with controls to modify just about everything this generator has to offer and to help prolong battery life. 4) When the WiFi is available, the it connects via WiFi. If there is no WiFi connection, it automatically switches to Bluetooth connection. The connection is seamless and you are always connected to the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro. 5) Charging - Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro charges at 1800W and along with solar up to 2300W to be fully charged from 0% to 100% in about 90 minutes. The fans do kick-in to dissipate all the heat generated during this fast charging. I personally charge the unit at 500 W with fan running but much less noisier and may be better for the battery life. It does have an option on the controls in app to select Quite Mode from 400W to 1800W which greatly reduces fan noise during charging. The solar charging can go up to 1200W. I don't have enough solar panels to check that max limit but this can be a really handy feature during a blackout conditions or with limited hours of sun during camping. One can charge the battery before leaving camping or any other work. Charge while driving from the 12V DC outlet in the car (Also known as the Cigarette lighter port) and the battery will be 100% when you reach your camp/work site. 5) Output Connections - There are more than enough connections that one can use, in my view. With a massive 2400 W capacity and 4800 W of peak capacity, I think you can run almost any home appliance with this. The provided ports like USB A (Fast Charging) x4, USB C x2, AC Power Outlets x4 and 12 V (Car type), DC 5521 5A x2 laptop computer type power input, are good to power any device you may have. Also unique to the Growatt Infinity 2000 Pro has 30A TT30 RV output and an 30A Anderson Port 13.2v output. This makes it friendly to use and customize to power a RV/Camper or van.
