This generator was a good price for the money. I priced other one's that were way too much money. It charges in about an hour with a wall outlet. Haven't used the panels yet. It holds the charge too. It hasn't gone below 100% since I got it, and, I checked every month. Read more
arrived early came on immediatly charged with no issues have not used it yet but will let you know. used the generator when we went camping worked great supplied us with enough energy to run our camper and tv charged cell phone. works great charging with the panels was difficult do to having to move them with the sun as the stands on them are not great making a stand for them to hang them off of to move them easily with the sun. The battery is extremely off. I finally had a chance to use it with a temporary power outage. I had it already charged with the provided solar panel. The only thing connected to it was a fan that only used 36-38 watts and the battery died after reaching 75%. Now the battery icon keeps blinking (nothing in manual) and won't charge. The only reason I think it's not dead is it still displays the settings when the AC button is pressed, so there's some power. (update)customer support contacted me assured me the product likely received damage during delivery and offered me a replacement or a refund. Read more

I’m going to start with the bad. The inverter portion falls laughably short of the 4000 serge and 2500 running wats overload fault trips around 2000 wats. The 30 amp power plug orientation interferes with the solar charging port making using both at the same time an impossibly with out an adapter. The good. Battery charges extremely fast when plugged in, display is very useful. The best I’ve gotten out of the 200 wattsolar panels is 175 watts The average is considerably less but that’s also under conditions that are not optimal. Read more

The actual unit works great and charges fast to 100%. My one complaint is the solar panel stands. They are flimsy and attached to the panels with a loop of nylon straps which are sewed into the cover. They are free to move about and will not keep the panel at an angle in the slightest wind. Otherwise, the unit works great and powers a number of items in my 5th wheel. Read more
