I love these - both for my child’s nutritional needs and myself. I swear by them. I’ll only have a couple a day but I don’t feel as tired as I used to. The ingredients seem whole and pure. Might be somewhat pricey for what they are but I like that they’re packaged in a delicious gummy bear form and I like the flavor. My child’s also looks forward to getting them (she’s picky) and likes the taste. My husband, however, claims the taste “healthy” and bitter.
