This vegan superfood powder is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients like spirulina, kale, apple, and various reds, which aligns perfectly with my goal of getting more plant-based nutrients into my diet without much fuss. The unflavored version is versatile—I mix one scoop into my morning smoothie or sometimes just water, and it blends smoothly without any gritty texture. It doesn’t have a strong taste, which I appreciate, as it doesn’t overpower my smoothies or clash with other flavors. I’ve noticed improved energy levels and better digestion since incorporating it, which matches the product’s claims about supporting digestive health and overall wellness. The 30-serving container is convenient and lasts a full month with daily use. I also like that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial additives, making it a clean option for a health-conscious diet. My only minor complaint is that it can clump slightly if not mixed thoroughly, so I recommend using a blender for the best consistency. Additionally, the price is a bit higher than some other superfood powders, but the quality and ingredient list justify it for me. Overall, EssentiaGreens and Reds has become a staple in my routine, and I feel good knowing I’m getting a wide range of phytonutrients daily. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their nutrition with a high-quality, plant-based supplement. Read more

I like this product. I like the taste. I like the ingredients. I don't really like trying to mix it by hand. I typically like to take supplements that are easy to prepare. If I can shake or stir it it makes my morning supplement taking routine much easier to adhere to. I find I have to use the blender to mix this product I can often talk myself out of taking it for the day cause I don't want to pull out my mixer that in the cabinet ( I don't have enough counter top to keep the blender out all the time). With that said, I do think it is a good product and has its benefits. I guess I just have to go through the extra effort to mix this for my health! Read more
I like his product. It is a good mix of ingredients. I think it is good to mix in soups or smoothies. I do think it is a little pricey but it also has a lot of good ingredients in it. I don’t mind the taste mixed in. It has about 30 servings in the canister. Read more
I recently started using EssentiaGreens and Reds, an unflavored greens powder, and I am quite pleased with the results and quality. The powdered mix is composed of a list of superfoods, including organic spirulina, kale, chlorella, and a blend of fruits, vegetables, and prebiotics. I appreciate that it has no added sweeteners or artificial flavors, which is a plus for me as I hate the aftertaste of sweeteners. It has a very mild, slightly earthy taste that I find is clean and pleasant, especially when mixed into water. It's also able to be added to smoothies or even flavored drinks. The powder is finely sifted and dissolves very quickly in water, with just a few seconds of stirring, leaving behind no clumps and making it easy to use with almost any liquid mixer. The price point is on the higher side, but the clean formulation and the brand's reputation for third-party testing for purity and heavy metals make it a worthwhile investment for me. After using it for a couple weeks now, I can feel a slight increase in energy levels thats come through in my weightlifting sessions at the gym. Read more

Im a longtime buyer of designs for health and find all their products to be very high quality and quite pricey because of that. This was so easy to add to my daily shake to boost the amount of nutrients in my diet and it tastes great with fruit blended in. Because I ordered the unflavored version I wouldn’t suggest taking this plain. There are no clumps in the powder after being mixed which is helpful. I love that it’s low oxalate, vegan and free of gluten dairy or soy. I feel good after drinking it. It has an earthy type smell to it but tolerable. I have food sensitivities but did well with this product. I feel the current price ($65) is higher than I’d typically spend on something like this but feel the quality warrants it. Overall, this is a great superfood powder mix and is wort buying. Read more
This is a very high-quality greens and reds powder. I got the unflavored version. I put it in plain water, and it had a very mild, sweet, earthy taste to it. I wouldn’t go out of my way drink it just for flavor, but it wasn’t at all horrible. The container is a 30 day supply, and each scoop contains 30 cal as well as 6 g of carbohydrates, which is pretty significant if you are on a low carbohydrate diet. There are fruit powders in here, and that’s most likely what’s doing it. It didn’t list fiber content, so that may help balance the carbohydrate load if it's significant. This is a very reputable company with a professionally run website with product, company, and support information. Their customer service is US-based, and they were able to answer my questions without hesitation. This product, as with all their products, is made in a. GMP facility and third-party tested for potency, purity, heavy metals, and microbials. I do wish they had that information easily accessible on their website with a lot number or with a qr code on the canister. The monthly cost for a 30 day supply is $66, and that’s on the expensive end for this type of supplement. You are getting a well vetted powder that you know is pure and does not contain heavy metals, which is an issue with a lot of juice powders, but I do think it could be $10-$15 cheaper. because of the cost, this is something I use only when I need that extra boost or when I am traveling. It’s not something I use daily. Read more

This product has a clean, fresh, "non-grassy" taste. I stirred it with a fork to help it dissolve and break up clumps; a blender bottle would also help. It gave me a nice boost of energy, and my skin appears brighter and less dull. It is of exceptional quality, and I will repurchase. The ingredients are clean, and this reflects in taste. I had no adverse reactions and look forward to drinking it. Read more
