**Update 4/3/2022** My replacement came super quickly and I installed it a couple days ago and have been using it ever since. No problems. I am super pleased. I've decided to replace another monitor with this same monitor and have already received the second monitor. I discovered something interesting that I think should be mentioned: in order to take full advantage of this monitor's offering, you need to use a DisplayPort cable (they provide one) for connecting to your computer. Originally I had the first monitor connected with HDMI 2.0 and Windows was only allowing 144Hz. Since I got the second monitor and my graphics card only had 2 HDMI ports, I connected the duplicate monitor with DP and much to my pleasant surprise, I discovered I could top out at 165Hz. Needless to say, I swapped out the HDMI cable for DP and now have 2 brilliant 165Hz HDR monitors and am absolutely blown away. Will be buying a third as soon as funds allow! **Update 3/25/2022** I am disappointed to say that I have discovered 3 pixels have either failed since my original post, or I just did not pick up on their failure initially. I have requested a replacement monitor and my review will rely on the second monitor being perfect to accept that I received a fluke of a problem. I read many reviews before purchasing this monitor, none of which mentioned image quality failing eventually, or etc. Three stuck pixels isn't a terrible sign, but it is still a disappointment that I hope is just a fluke. I will certainly be checking deeply into the second monitor when it arrives in a few days for perfection. If not, I will be returning both and looking for a new monitor. I truly hope that is not the case because the image quality otherwise was simply stunning to behold. **Original review** I've got a 3060TI and am blown away by the quality of this monitor. HDR to boot! Buttery smooth visuals. I simply cannot believe the quality for the price. For an entry level gaming monitor for me, this thing is a steal. I'm seriously thinking about buying another one right as I type this review, it's that awesome. The only thing I can think of that is a *slight* negative is where they placed the VESA mount points as it doesn't mount centered with the screen. If you have other monitors where the mounting point is centered and your stand is fixed like mine where you can't adjust the height of the monitors, only the distances, you might be slightly disappointed. But again. That's if you choose to mount it and had other monitors as part of your setup. If you get multiple copies of this monitor like I'm thinking about doing, you will be fine. I was considering buying a more expensive, name-brand monitor because I wasn't sure that this one would get the job done. I decided to give GTEK a chance, and I'm sure glad that I did. The monitor itself is incredibly compact with minimal bezels and a very slim frame. The colors are deep, and blacks are incredibly dark. 1080p was perfectly fine at this size, and I think 4k or even 1440p would be overkill, especially if you like pinching pennies like I do. I think the 165Hz refresh rate is overkill, given I can't tell the difference between that and the 120Hz refresh rate settings, but it's nice to have. Long story short, this monitor is a great value for the price and I haven't found any quirks with it yet. Read more

Excellent Customer Service! Somehow the power cable and DisplayPort cable were not included as the Packaging was perfectly sealed. One quick email (Sunday Night) to the Seller and responded first thing Monday morning and the cables sent out same day USPS shipping! Easy setup and my Gaming system complete! Might purchase another for my other PC. Update 1/25/2023 Awesome customer service! First bought the package was missing the power cord. Quick email through Amazon to the company and response was an hour later as they sending new power cord same day lightning fast shipping! Worked great for games and applications crystal clear display. Had an issue within the first year of usage. Contacted customer support again and they sent a pre paid shipping label for return! I gifted this to my fiance for Christmas. We play lots of ps4 together and I thought a monitor would be great for him to upgrade from sitting slouched on the bed to play on the tv. He absolutely loves it, it's a great size for sitting at a desk and great graphics, it keeps up with the game just as well as our tv. I will be using it as well and will get one myself soon too! I bought this monitor recently for an upgrade than a tv, and so far i really enjoy it. The quality is amazing especially with new gen consoles for gaming. The price was fair, and overall easy to set up as well it includes tools for you to set it up which is very appreciated. Also the auto shut off feature comes in handy if you forget to shut off your monitor it’ll go to power save mode which is handy. i’d be looking forward to buy another monitor for my other console. 10 outta 5 stars if i could. Monitor started off doing great, had to change the display settings a little to get rid of the "cloudy" look (set color setting to "user" and turn "OD" on). A little over 30 days into using it, lines started popping up at the bottom where the task bar is. There was no damage to the monitor itself and it progressively got worse. Checked for update to drivers, reset settings on physical monitor, the usual fixes, but didn't help. It may have just been a defective product, but the 1 start overall came from their tech support. Ignored the inquiry entirely. Read the reviews people. Pros: Quick shipment, good packaging, good display (while it works), easy functionality with display settings on monitor. Cons: GTEK support website is nonresponsive to inquiries if product is defective, display starts to lag after a little duration (mouse looks like its moving slow-mo sometimes at start up, have dual monitor set up and verified it was the monitor), display started doing something funky at the bottom of the screen (portrayed in photo).
