I really like this product, it seems to do what it's supposed to do. The oil pulling liquid tastes like mint but also has another taste to it that the user has to get used to. I find my teeth to be somewhat whiter, I clean my teeth pretty well so it is a little difficult to see a big big difference. I love the tooth brush it feels like a cloud sitting on your teeth, and it seems to get into the grooves better. I like the tongue scrapper it gets some of the residue out between the taste buds. This product has completely transformed my mouth. My gums used to bleed a lot when I brush and I am guaranteed to wake up with plaque. This has turned it all around, no more bleeding gums, and the plaque was sent packing. Really effective product! Takes some getting used to since it is kind of “herbally” but once you get past that, it’s very tolerable. The white strips did cause a bit of sensitivity, but not bad compared to other brands. I did see a difference, seemed to whiten but not in a super noticeable way. The mouth wash has a really bad after taste, but you rinse right when you spit it out so, not a problem. Yes, it is a thick mouth wash, feels a bit nasty in mouth. I can’t use the tongue scraper because it’s too nasty and gag reflex. Read more
I’ve bought these products separately many times. This is my first time using the whitening strips. I accidentally fell asleep with them in and woke up in the morning with absolutely no sensitivity whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend doing that… However, it just goes to show that it’s made with good quality ingredients and is not harmful for either your teeth or enamel. Read more

These really whitened my teeth To be fair these pictures were taken in different lighting conditions but they are whiter. I had an issue with the bottom set of white strips as they were not sticking to my teeth. I’m unsure what caused it but every time I used them the tops would be on perfectly but the bottoms would move. Read more
