I use regular Colgate Anti-Cavity Toothpaste and their Whitening Mouthwash (along with the toothbrush and tongue brush they include) in the morning. In the evening, I use their Oil Pulling solution, the Oil Pulling Tooth Paste, their Bad Breath Mouthwash, toothbrush, tongue brush and just regular dental floss. A few weeks ago, I went to the dentist to assess my wisdom tooth pain, they commented at how healthy my gums and overall mouth was (outside of the triggered wisdom tooth). Earlier this year I went for a regular cleaning and back then I just used regular coconut oil to oil pull along with the standard Colgate Toothpaste Anti-Cavity, dental floss, tongue brush routine. I didn't use mouthwash at all earlier this year. They said I had minor cavities (which I always suffer from no matter how hard I try to eat right, brush my teeth, etc.) and that I needed to come back to get them filled. Well, we moved to FL soon afterwards since my husband got his military orders. After moving, when I went to another office a few weeks ago to that new office as mentioned, they commented about the cavities but* they said they're so small that if I keep up with the routine I have going on, I may not have to worry about them at all. They don't see that they'll become problematic if I maintain whatever it is that I'm doing. I can say confidently that my gums do look healthier and my teeth look whiter! I have been using this particular bundle consistently for over two months now and will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs! I discovered their Oil Pulling solution at Target one day and I didn't know it'll come with a complementary toothbrush and tongue brush. I love their toothbrush and their to tongue brush is so easy to clean! I like to run my toothbrush and their tongue brush under hot water for several seconds - up to a minute to clean them. The other night, my husband looked my oil pulling solution of theirs and he asked if it was any good (he stuck with the classic regular coconut oil). I've tried to convince him to use it once this bundle arrived but he always waved it off. I said it's great and told him about what the recent dentist appointment commented on, and if the ingredients are fine for him to use (he's training to be a fighter pilot and they're very strict on what they can use / consume) he should try it. I stopped using coconut oil because I always gagged by the time I hit the 5th minute. I hated the flavor. Theirs is minty and very refreshing!
