I ordered this GVODE personal blender anticipating the one I've had for over two years may be in need of replacing at some point. I use mine almost every day for powdered drinks and this one is similar. I will keep this simple with a comparison of pros and cons. Pros: -The 23.6 oz capacity is plenty big for single sized personal drinks. -Great for powdered drinks, soft and semi hard foods items such as nuts. (not tested with ice) -It's easy to use and clean by adding warm water and a little dish soap with included sponge brush. -360Watt motor, which is stronger than some similar models. -A 6000 mAh battery, which is larger than other similar models and it holds a charge well. -The IPX8 waterproof rating is better than some other similar models. -Waterproof rubber hand strap. Cons: -Straight cylindrical shape. Harder to keep a grip, if used for drinking compared to one that is tapered at the base. -Top latch on the top is small and on the cheap side, prone to breaking and may be harder for elderly to open. -Short type "C" USB charging cable and outlet adapter not included. -Price is higher than other similar models or include added features -The design and smoothness of the plastic material are basic for price and lack grip-ability. This portable blender is actually intended for days at the beach and making frozen drinks. The charge is good as it mixed 10 different drinks with iced and fruit very well. While we did not use it as a cup, we did easily mix each drink and pour into each person's cup. Easily rinsed out with water and once home, handwashed easily with no issues. I do link that you could use it as a cup by turning the mixer upside down when done and detaching the blades then attaching the screw on cup bottom. This is our go to for making frozen drinks in hot weather when out. Bring your cooler with ice, fruit, drinks, and this little guy, you will be set. Read more
