UPDATE 2, 7/25/23 The replacement item sent is still working perfectly. My daughter took it on a 10-day trip through Europe, and another on a 10-day camping/vacation trip to Oregon, and it has been working flawlessly. I am convinced the original product sent was an exception. I updated the rating from 4- to 5-stars because it works so well, and, especially, because the company so completely backed-up their product. I would 100% recommend. UPDATE 6/15 The customer service/support behind this product is A++. I got a response from the seller after posting my initial review, and they 100% stood behind their product by offering a complete refund or replacement. I chose replacement, because it really is a great water flosser. It was here within a couple days, and has been working great, at least for the week it's been here. But then, last time it indicated it needed to be recharged, she charged it and it still won't work again. It just beeps when she tries to use it. It was GREAT for her braces, and her dentist said it looked like it was doing a great job. But, I would expect it to last longer than just a few months. Original Review: Like the title states, this water flosser was perfect until it stopped working. It’s the only water flosser I saw that came with a carrying case and a container so I had to get it when I saw it! The flosser its self is a nice size and very powerful! It also came with a rubber band to hold the charger cord together and pockets inside the case to hold things in (SUPER HELPFUL FOR STORAGE AND TRAVEL.) It has 5 settings and I really only use the first one because of how powerful the pressure is on the others and loved using the different attachment heads but within 6 months of use the device will power on but won’t have any water come out to use the flosser. I really liked this one the first time I bought it. It worked great for over a year until it quit holding a charge. Considering how much I liked it and how relatively inexpensive it is, I decided to go ahead and purchase another one. This one started out working great just like the original one but now after about 2 months it has stopped pumping water. When you turn it on it just makes a whining beeping sound and nothing happens. I've tried doing everything I can and just seems stuck. Really irritating. Update: Great customer service! I received a replacement within a few days free of charge with zero hassle. As I stated previously I really do like this product. I use it daily, even when traveling, and it is a great little flosser, especially for the price. Combine that with the great customer service from a company that cares about customer satisfaction and I will absolutely continue to recommend this product. It’s easy to use, charges with usb, has several attachments with a nice case for traveling. It is large, but not heavy or awkward to hold. I like that it’s cordless & can be used at any angle. The flosser easily displays power, mode, and from low to high, along with battery power, and it’s easy to fill the tank. I had major oral surgery this week & never used a water flosser before, so this was a new & rather comical experience. I purchased this one because of the various attachments & more mode options. I wanted something with a very low stream mode option. This flosser had the best range of stream options, and accessories all at a great price, with a carry bag. One thing I wish was different is that I didn’t have to press the power button off to stop. As a newbie & someone with hand function problems I’d prefer a power button then another button you can hold down & let go to stop it. In general I think it’s great, when trying the buttons I had no idea when I pressed power the water would stream out, it was on high so my ceiling got a little rinse 😂 That was my fault, not an issue with the flosser. I also wish there was a mode for even lower or manual stream option because the low stream seem a bit to strong for me right now. Again, it could be because I never used one & just had surgery that the low seemed kind of strong to me. Either way I’ll stick with low for now. As I said 2 MINOR things I’d preferred are another stream button & lower or manual mode option, but that’s just my preference. It wasn’t leaking or anything as others mentioned. I just need to get used to it, overall I definitely recommend this flosser. I’m sure it will also help my husband & 19 year old son who still doesn’t floss.
