I've been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say---the seller of this H20Floss is the best I've ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected--I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss--and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several 'speeds' in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this item--it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :) Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own---that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn't really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I'd have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit's head super securely to make sure this didn't happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can't believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product--which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon, or anywhere---and they really care about their customers! This is a great product! It’s very easy to use, works well and isn’t loud. It’s very easy to switch between the tools. It’s good quality at a very reasonable price point. It comes with a brush and two tablets to clean it and a case for the extra tools. This both water flosses and brushes your teeth. It charges quickly and the battery stays charged, we got it for Christmas and it still hasn’t been recharged yet. It’s small enough to fit on a tiny counter and easy to hold. Only downside is it is a bit heavy. I’ve since ordered a 2nd one. Or first one came cracked unfortunately but their customer service was top notch! They immediately sent out a replacement, even before they received notice that I had sent the broken one back. I love that they were quick to respond to my exchange request and that they were so friendly about it. This has so many extras. Didn’t expect much from a portable water flosser, but this one actually does the job. The pressure is strong enough to clean between teeth and along the gum line without feeling like it’s trying to sandblast your mouth. Multiple modes are useful, especially if your gums are sensitive or you’re new to water flossing. The 300ml tank is fine for one full use, maybe two if you’re efficient. Battery life has been solid so far, and I like that it’s cordless and easy to travel with. It’s not as heavy-duty as the big countertop units, but for daily use or trips, it’s a solid upgrade from string floss. Bottom line: effective, convenient, and way less annoying than traditional floss. Just don’t expect dentist-office-level equipment in a travel-sized body. Read more

I loved this unit until it stopped working. I didn't even mind the small container for water because it did such a great job of cleaning. My dental hygienist always compliments me on my flossing, and I brag about this unit. Then, a couple of days ago right in the middle of cleaning, it stopped spraying water. The motor works. I recharged it. I primed it. I cleaned it. I changed tips but no water. Now, I see that there is a one-year warranty. Of course, my unit died one day before it expired. I'm really disappointed because this is the third H2Ofloss unit I've bought. The first two each lasted about three years. I use it everyday, and I have taken great care of this unit. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy another of this brand. I see too many complaints from other buyers that their units died prematurely, too. I do miss my water flosser. Read more
