An every day postpartum essential
WAY BETTER than the Frida belly band. Sorry to call you out like that, Frida! It’s so nice and stretchy but also sturdy and stays in place pretty well, although any of these belly bands will move around a little. I love that the Velcro can stick anywhere on the band. I use it every single day as I have an umbilical hernia after pregnancy. I especially love it under the carrier, it takes some of the pressure off my hernia when my son is in it. Read more

Not pleased!
It doesn’t really provide enough support and I don’t like the fact that there’s a gap on the top and doesn’t really fit and adjust to the body shop. Not super happy with this purchase. The velcro is good, but I am not sure if it will remain as effective after multiple use and washing. Read more
Maybe I'm not quite the target audience
I think this maybe would have been more helpful if I had gotten it closer to after giving birth. I'm currently 8 weeks 2 days postpartum and this feels supportive but I don't feel like I'm getting the full benefits of it. It seems like the pressure it adds would be helpful in the first couple weeks of postpartum to help the uterus shrink back down to size, as well as help with healing diastasis recti as much as possible from external input. Obviously at 8 weeks, my uterus is mostly back down to size and I didn't suffer from diastasis recti (though this was almost not true). It stretches very well and the velcro is strong. It's easy to adjust and soft. So overall, it was comforting to wear, but I don't think I'm getting all the benefits someone more newly postpartum would get. Read more
