Haipeel 52 Inch Outdoor Ceiling Fan Without Light 3 Blade Propeller Wood with Remote Control Rustic Reversible Quiet

I know there are other fan styles out there like this fan, but I have to say that the fans from Haipeel are fantastic. The blades are solid wood but very lightweight and easy to hang even with one person. I have purchased three of these fans in total and am happy with the look and the quality. I have a fan on the short down rod another on a 2 foot down rod and soon to install one on a 5 foot down rod. These blades are well balanced out of the box but they do come with a balancing kit if needed. I am seeing zero wobble on the fan that is on the 2 foot dow rod. (I haven't gotten to installing the 5 foot one yet but I think it will do just fine). These fans push a lot of air and are incredibly quiet. Everything I was looking for in a quality fan. As these are 3 blade fans, they tend to look smaller than the same sized 5 blade fan in the same space. I ended up going with a 52" fan to replace a 48" bladed fan and a 60" fan for the existing 52" fan. Installation was not too difficult, however you need to take your time to get as much wiring into the gang box as you can because the controller takes up a lot of space in the ceiling. You also need to use their supplied remote to operate the fan and can no longer use the wall switch to turn the fan on and off, but it is nice to have 6 speeds and I really like the timer to automatically shut it off (great for the patio). I originally ordered the 60 inch version with a light in error so that one got returned. I noticed the blade color appeared darker than depicted online. The blades on the second fan, without a light, are closer to the color online. The fan is fantastic! Super, super quiet - as in undetectable that it's on except for the breeze coming from it. Installation of the bracket was difficult because the slots didn't line up well with the existing electric ceiling box. The instructions don't cover installing the fan using a ceiling fan electric box, so some of the parts referenced in the "wood" ceiling application aren't used. The remote receiver doesn't have a special "mounting bracket" as indicated in the instructions. It is placed on top of the ceiling bracket (above the down-rod). Other than that, installation was straight forward using the instructions but my husband is very mechanically inclined. There is also an installation video that appears to be pretty detailed. The fan moves a lot of air. Our previous three-speed fan was always set on medium, or the second speed. This one is set on level 3. There are minor differences in speeds 1-3 but become more noticeable when you get to 4,5, and 6. There is absolutely no wobble at any speed. This fan is beautiful and enhances the old Florida vibe we're looking for in our great room. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again if I needed to replace other fans in our home. One negative. I emailed customer support (there is no phone number) around 10:45 am and received an email reply at 10:45 PM that evening. Perhaps it was because it was regarding whether there was a part that could replace the light fixture and not about another issue, but twelve hours is a long time to wait if the support needed is time sensitive. So, read the instructions, review the instruction video and check that all the parts are in place before beginning installation. If you need support, you may have to wait a while for a response. I am very pleased with the quality of this handsome and silent fan by Haipeel. First of all it looks great with its real walnut fan blades combined with the Matt black metal parts and rod that attachs it to the ceiling. I purchased the fan without the light, because I liked the look of the bolts that you see when looking up at the fan. It kind of gives it a bit of an industrial look without it being overwhelming. It comes with a remote control that operates all of it’s many functions such as on off switch, six speed selections, and a one, for or eight hour timer function. Not to mention that the remote can switch the direction of the spinning blades effortlessly and silently. I can’t say it enough, that I am very pleased with the purchase price, the quality and especially the fact that it is silent during every speed selected. One more thing! This fan really circulates the air throughout the entire room and it does it without rattles and motor noises that are typical to some brand named fans that claim to be silent. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have to say I really love this fan. It is worth every penny. It is great quality beautiful natural gained wood. Gives the room a classy elegant touch. We installed 2 of these fans in our home and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. There were several things about this fan that other fans didn’t have. It has a DC motor for energy efficiency and loved that it came with three downrods (we needed two different sizes for our set ups). The fan looks great from the bottom and the top if your over looking from a loft set up. It’s quiet and super powerful on its highest setting (and still quiet!). And has a minimalist style. Installation was Straightforward , just as easy as any other brand Ive used in the past. Came with everything we needed to install it. The included remotes are a must have. Oh and the Haipeel’s customer service is excellent- they quickly replaced a remote with a defective cover. This brand makes high- quality indoor and patio ceiling fans. Lots of speeds and controls( shown in the picture with this review). The best thing about it not having a light is that it doesn’t attract pesky bugs.
