I was really excited to try this curling iron, but unfortunately it didn’t get quite hot enough to hold a curl in my thin, fine hair. I already struggle to keep curls throughout the day, and this one just didn’t give me very lasting results. That being said, the design and materials are great and feel high quality. I can see this curling iron work well for sometime with a different hair type. The quality is there and the price point is reasonable. I think everybody should have one of those six and one tools, but it’s always good to have just a regular curling iron. If you’re looking to upgrade yours and replace it with some newer technology, this will be the one. Pros I’m old school girly and I remember getting the old curling rods and guessing what the heat setting is and watching the numbers and dials Rob off over the years. This one has a on-off switch that doesn’t automatically trigger as soon as you plug it in and LED display I’ll let you know the temperature and whether it’s on or off.. I think my favorite part is when you turn it on it starts at one heat and slow slowly increases to its baseline heat and the number display ticks away. But if you don’t wanna watch it, go up to its baseline heat you can actually hit the plus button and get the exact temperature that you’re looking for this is really good for the girls that have wigs and also style their natural hair each requires a different temperature and it’s good to have a curling device that Can work on multiple hair types. I think what I really like about it is I have a tendency to leave my curling iron on and at first glance, you can see if it’s on or off it actually has to stay off even if it’s plugged in and I always unplug my curling irons after you used to let them cool down and just so no adverse things can happen. It comes with two clips and a thermal glove for styling with one hand. Cons This does get pretty hot, but I thought the max temperature would be somewhere around 450.
