I recommend nobody purchase this hair dryer. I've had it just over 30 days and it started spitting sparks in my hair while I was using it, it started to smoke and now will only blow out cold air! At first I was amazed with the hair dryer, I loved it, but now that I'm just 3 days over the return window, I'm very very aggravated and hope nobody has to deal with issues like this. I have hair down to my thighs and when this dryer actually works, it's great, dries my hair in less than 10 minutes, but only getting 33 days of use out of it is highly disappointing!!! It's too small & light weight to push that much air around! It's witchcraft! This is an upgrade to my 20+year old kick-start gas powered Conair Salon Pro. You know the one. It's big & heavy, and wakes the neigbors in the morning. This machine is impossibly light making it easy maneuver, which I didn't know I needed. It's comparatively quiet & absent the high putched howl one hets with an older power model. And there must be something to that ion technology because my hair dried impossibly fast. Really. Impossibly fast. (My hair is below my armpits.) I use to have to blow my hair around to get it partially dry before I start styling it. The time it use to take me to get to the styling phase of drying, it was already dry. No joke! I can't imagine how that's possible, but it happened so it must be true! I don't know what I will do with so much extra time! Ha! Ha! There are two speeds, and I thought I needed three, but I don't. It goes from hot to surprisingly cool, and back again, really quickly. I'm not sure what to say about the heat settings other than it's different than what I'm use to, and I like it better - i don't need high heat to dry quickly, and it's a kinder &gentler hot setting. My hair dried so quickly while I tried out the settings, and with this ion tech, the heat seems to have less impact on drying and more impact on styling. Makes sense. I really can't get over the air output! The sound it makes doesn't match the amount of air coming out! I'm very satisfied with the quality look and feel of the blowerm The packaging screams luxury, so it would make a great gift, and the machine looks sleek and feels well built. It doesn't feel like cheap plastic that even higher end old school blowers feel like. It doesn't feel like dropping it will break it, it feels very solid and quality. The attachment seems solid and the magnetic connection is strong and is a nice idea which was very well designed. I tried the oil cartridge and while it's a nice idea in theory, it doesn't add value to the dryer for me, even though I'm a fan of essential oils. I definitely recommend this dryer for yourself or as a gift. If you have an older high end model dryer like mine, you will feel like you got a serious upgrade. About 20 years ago, I got a powerful (1900w) little ionic dryer (not compatible with my home country) with the classic gun shape that also felt less like the old school plastic and it's comparable, but imI think this newer shape is what improves the quality feel more significantly. That dryer dried my hair a little faster than a non-ion blower, but this one is significantly faster, and impossibly faster. Read more

This is the most amazing hairdryer that I have ever owned. Comes with the essential oil cartridge that atomizes the essential oils which produces an enrollment therapy experience as you dry your hair. Just do not use the cartridge on the hot setting as the oil can get too hot and potentially catch on fire. But it is strong and dries your hair super quickly. . Read more

This hair dryer lasted 6 days from the time I first started using it. I use it twice a day for 5-10 minutes. Today I turned it on and there was no hot air. Returning it and will be buying a name brand. I cannot recommend buying this. Read more

Warning do not buy this product. The first time I bought this product it shot out sparks and caught fire inside the hairdryer.
