I really like the dryer - lightweight, lots of power, but one month after purchase, there is a hole in the nozzle. (See photo). I will keep the dryer IF you can send another nozzle. If not, I will return it. It is not only the nozzle. Something seriously wrong with the motor creating a dangerous situation. I would NOT buy this dryer. This hair dryer is super powerful. I don't need much heat to dry my hair. It mostly just blows the water off. I can dry my hair much faster than with my old hair dryer, and my hair doesn't get burnt in the process. I just use the low heat and low fan speed. It is quieter than my old hair dryer, but higher pitched. In a small bathroom, the high fan speed hurts my ears a little. The magnetic attachments are cool. It is very satisfying to click them on and take them off. There are two places where the air is sucked into the hair dryer: one on the back and one in the handle. You will need to keep these somewhat clean. If a chunk of dust gets sucked into the hair dryer, it smells burnt. That scared me the first time it happened, I thought the motor was burning out, but it was just dust getting burnt. This hair dryer is also compact enough for travel. It is nice that I can take it with me, still able to dry my hair quickly, and not have to use whatever horrible hair dryer a hotel might have. Read more

I love that there are variable speed settings. It's not very heavy or bulky but seems very well made. The different speeds and heat settings make a huge difference in how quickly my hair dries.
