This is a great hair drier! I have used and reviewed many and this is definitely in the top short list. In fact, I might make it my go to back up. My favorite feature on it is that you can use all temperature settings with all speeds and vice versa. On some hairdryers there’s high, medium and low, but with each change of speed is also a change of temperature. You can use all combinations with all speeds on this one. That’s super important to me for styling and drying. It comes with a single attachment, which makes it more powerful and directed to more specific spots on your hair. This is how I use it so that I can dry certain areas of my hair in different ways. It’s also really good for parts and volume. It’s super lightweight, so easy for all ages and abilities. It’s actually really pretty so it looks good on my counter. Cord length is nicely long but also has a rubber band adjuster so you can make it shorter. The only thing I don’t love is the cold shot button is pretty worthless and hard to manage. You can use it as a single shot with one press, but it really doesn’t get cool enough to make a difference. If you want to get it colder to make a difference you have to actually change the temperature setting by hitting the button several times to where it stays on cold and then you have to hit the button another few times to get it back to Heated. The other thing I wish was a little different is that there was more room between the buttons and the air intake at the base. I found when I’m not trying to cover the air intake, I ended up hitting the temperature change button. Otherwise I had to cover the air intake a little bit. That’s pretty minor and definitely something I can get used to. When testing this out I used my regular hair routine. That usually gets my hair really soft and non-frizzy. I noticed with this hairdryer my hair was a little more frizzy, and I had to do a few extra smoothing steps with my hairbrush to get it more tame. But I could still go out without having to use more products or a straightener and that’s a big perk! Very nice hair dryer -- it's replacing the one that I have had for over 10 years, which was a loud and heavy workhorse. This new dryer is lightweight and seems to be of good quality -- we will see as time goes on. It's not as quiet as claimed, but the noise is acceptable (and it's not nearly as loud as my old dryer). I like that there are four heat settings -- my old dryer had only two. I have thick hair, and I'm impressed with how quickly I was able to get it dry using this dryer. I like the appearance -- it's attractive -- and I don't mind leaving it where other bathroom visitors might see it. I believe the price is reasonable for this type of dryer and the quality presented.
