I have been using it for 2 months. I have tried some different hair growth serum before. I have to admit that this serum is the most pleasant one with clear light-weight serum with a faint citrus aroma. It never gets sticky but keeps hairs sleek. However, I am not sure if I have got more hair growth or not, honestly. I think I should keep using it for a long time to see some result. I always massage my head after I shampoo my hair, so it is nice to drop a few of this serum to help with my scalp’s health. Read more

I've tried various rosemary and castor oil products claiming hair regrowth and have found that some help to some degree. I was intrigued and impressed by the combo of ingredients in this serum -- not only rosemary and castor oil, but pea sprout (Anagain), saw palmetto, horse chestnut, cordiander and grapefruit seed oil. I do wonder about the alcohol as that would seem to be more of a drying agent, but I am not a chemist. So, I gave this a try! I really like the non-oily feel of the serum. Directions are to add 2 to 3 drops to whatever area needs help, both morning and night. This is NOT a serum you wash out, so I was worried about how oily my hair might get. Turns out -- not oily at all! IT's really a nice light serum that penetrates rather quickly. You're supposed to do this three months to see full results. I've only been using a few days, but will continue to do so, mostly because it feels to me that this combo may actually be quite good. I like that this is made and formulated in the US and that the company seems to specialize in hair regrowth/help. A little on the pricey side, perhaps, but so far I'm impressed with this serum. I have been using this product regularly for many months and even took it with me during my travels but it has not done anything to thicken my hair. Waste of money. Read more
If it doesn't regrow my hair, I'd still be tempted to use this serum as a volumising product. The manufacturer states that it can take "a minimum of 3 months to achieve visible results," so I know that after a few days of use I can't expect to see new hair. What I am experiencing—while I'm waiting for regrowth—is hair that feels thicker and fuller, with more lift at the roots. It also feels slightly dirty and oily, so maybe it's like the volume I get from having dirty hair. Whatever it is, I'm enjoying it. The serum is pleasant enough, a light, clear, slightly oily liquid that is easy to apply accurately with the dropper. No bad smells, just a trace of an herbal scent. The directions advise applying1-3 drops to problem areas on the scalp. I have lot of problem areas (history: lost a lot of hair when I got sick in 2020 and half of it didn't grow back), so I'm using about 20 drops on my temples and crown. I use my fingers to massage it in, followed by a brush. It absorbs fast, so it's a quick process, taking no more than a couple of minutes. Read more
I'm a person whose hair drops out constantly. I leave it everywhere. It got worse when I had a child at 45. This has stopped the excessive hair fall. I can't say it's making it grow faster or starting new growth, but it is definitely making my hair stay in my head. My brush is no longer filled with my hair or on the shower walls and my hair is actually staying in my head! I use it every night and I love it. The smell isn't bad either. Read more
I ordered this Guyology Hair Growth Serum because I have researched ingredients such as AnaGain, Caffeine, Saw Palmetto, Rosemary, and Biotin that are suppose to be good for hair loss and this serum has them. I was especially interested in the AnaGain, a water-soluble powder extract from organic germinated pea seeds that have increased hair density in several verifiable studies. I’ve noticed that AnaGain is now showing up in several oral and topical hair supplements. This Guyology serum is in a glass bottle with a dropper. I found the serum to be of a thin, watery consistency with a noticeable scent of alcohol. The alcohol concerns me because of its drying nature, but I assume it helps with the serums penetration/absorption. I’ve used the serum for almost 3 weeks and while it’s too early to see hair growth, my hair shedding has decreased. Of all the serums I’ve used, this Guyology Serum, because of the ingredients, does show promise and the price is affordable. Read more
