I like this one the best because it has notably improved my hair, greatly slowed hair fallout (there is always a certain amount you lose no matter what), gentle on the stomach. I started using NutraPro hair growth vitamins about 6 months ago. I take it every day in the morning and enjoy feeling good through the day. Not only is it good for your hair but it is good to you.
