Wish I could give 4 1/2 just because I have to put it on the last hole to fit my hot tools. Other than that great product. Easy to adjust and put together. I use this in a lower kitchen cabinet to hold my stick blender and hand held mixer. Gives me easy access to these tools. Is it stylish? No. Is it functional? Yes. Works fine for my use. I just have it hooked over the inside of the cabinet door, did not screw in anywhere. Wouldn't use it in my dream kitchen, but it gives a short term upgrade to my miserable old 90s cabinets. Ordered the first one, it was done poorly, the railing was uneven, different screws, no foam padding on the part that holds onto the door, I normally don’t ask for a replacement but I had to for the first one I got. Good thing Amazon has that as an option, besides that first issue I had, I’m planning on using this more like a small portable carrying basket for my hairdryer & hair products to move it from and to our 2 bathrooms. I have a Babyliss T Handle blower and it loosely fits in, I’m sure it’s intended for a standard size blower, hairspray can fits, it’s doing good so far, size is slim, I don’t plan to use it as a hanger but it holds my dryer well, not too tall since I adjusted the handle using the holes they provided, smooth painted metal and like mentioned above, ask for a replacement if the first one didn’t come with the foam padding underneath or the holes were crooked, so this one is better.
