Liked the glass look for our new shower but had trepidations about the sturdiness of the shelf. It works well with just a little flex and holds virtually any normal sized shampoo bottle(s) and the like to put on it. The railing keeps everything in place while allowing water to drain off. Wipes clean fairly easily. If you're OCD, cleaning around the railing posts may take a little more time. Overall, a great look with light weight functionality. Read more

Brackets aren't strong enough

Ok what can be wrong with a simple corner shelf? Well first box only had enough hardware for one shelf. Anyway install is as usual drill a hole. Throw away the supplied wall inserts and get better quality ones. Problem with this shelf is by design when you tighten the screw on the bottom of the shelf bracket the bracket bends. Besides the too thin gauge metal the design pivots the glass on the rubber tip on the bolt head. Install and looks great till you put some weight on it and realize it will rotate up or down front to back. It probably wouldn't fail but who wants a shelf moving? I installed the 3rd bracket at the rear of the now triangulated mounts and no more rotation although it still isn't rock solid. Problem with a lot of offshore products is they are copies without the engineering behind the. A simple u shaped bracket and its a FAIL!!! Read more
