I have been using this FOHERE handheld mixer for a couple of weeks and overall it has worked well for everyday baking. I mostly use it for cookies brownies cakes and whipped cream. The first thing I noticed is the green color which I really like. It looks fresh and modern and stands out nicely compared to basic white or silver mixers. It feels solid in hand and not too heavy. The 300W motor is very powerful and easily handles thick batters and dough with the included dough hooks. The mixer has six speeds plus a turbo option and it mixes quickly and efficiently. One thing to be aware of is that even the lowest speed is quite fast. I had to be extra careful at the beginning to avoid splattering especially with dry ingredients. Once you get used to it it is manageable but a slower starting speed would have been better. I really like the vertical stand design. Being able to set it down without the beaters touching the counter keeps things much cleaner and is very convenient while baking. The one touch eject button works smoothly as long as the speed is set to zero. The stainless steel whisks and dough hooks feel sturdy and clean up easily. They are dishwasher safe which is a big plus. The mixer does get warm with extended use but not excessively and the noise level is what I would expect for a mixer with this much power. For the price this mixer offers strong performance thoughtful design and a nice appearance. It is a good choice for home bakers who want a powerful handheld mixer without spending a lot. junk, used half dozen times and now it's DEAD. not as strong as it's advertised to be. i used it to make bread in the space of 2 months and now it doesn't work, plus it's past return time so i'm stuck. i hate bad products! Read more

This is a straightforward hand mixer that comes with standard beaters and dough beaters, all dishwasher safe. The mechanical speed dial moves side to side, which helps prevent accidental changes, but it feels a bit awkward and requires more force than I expected. The eject button works smoothly, and the mixer has plenty of power for typical baking tasks. It handled chocolate chip cookie dough well even with the chips in the dough. It doesn't have a case or any storage for the attachments. I do like the robin’s egg blue color. It performs comparably to my old 30 year old brand name hand mixer. To begin, I am one of those neurotic people who like everything to match in my kitchen. I have a stainless steel fridge, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless blender and now, finally, a stainless steel electric hand mixer. This is all to say that I personally like the aesthetic of this appliance, and while it isn't the most important aspect in choosing one, it is still something to take note of and appreciate since I hate the look of plastic mixers. My very subjective opinion on how it looks aside, I feel that this hand mixer definitely holds up and is one of those IBIFL (I Bought It For Life) tools in your kitchen that will be something you're still pulling out to use decades from now. It works essentially exactly as you would expect - slow speeds, fast speeds, ejects the attachments, etc. So there won't be anything out of the ordinary or surprising there. In this way it pretty much "meets expectations" for what you think it should do. However, where it stands out in my opinion is the fact that it has a metal finish which makes it infinitely easier to clean and keep clean without the bacteria that tends to infest plastic surfaces and is a major pet peeve of mine. The media could not be loaded. Note that this is a WIRED mixer. The product photos can be a bit misleading as several of them have the cord photoshopped out. That said, it does what it's supposed to do very well. In fact, my only wish is that it had a weaker or lower speed option. Even speed 1 is too strong for some mixing needs and can easily overmix batters. Super easy to use and clean, though. I took one star off because this unit it noticeably heavier than all my previous mixers. This is bad for me because I had wrist surgery and my hand tires quickly. Having said that I like the mixer a lot. It is stylish and looks nice, matches my other mint appliances. I used it for batter and it worked as expected. The controls are easy to access to change speeds. Cleanup was fine, the beaters pop out with ease. It feels heavy duty, it's compact though so storing it doesn't take up much room. For the price this is a cute little mixer. Maybe look elsewhere though if it being heavy is an issue. Read more
