This is a pretty nice steam is not bad for cleaning parts in my car which is what I like using it for. The one thing I will say is that there is no bag or anything to store the attachments and such. That does make it a bit harder to keep all the necessary attachments together. This steamer is not too heavy but it can get pretty heavy when you add water to it. I would say it is not extremely heavy and can still be handled with one hand. With this device, I am able to steam clean certain things in my car like the pedals and such. It makes quick work of the grime and dirty. I have tried it between my tiles and my stove top and it makes quick work of it. You can add solutions if you want. I have not seen issues with certain cleaning products in this device. I would say just rinse it out with water after use. It does not utilize too much water and the pressure is using hot steam so be careful when handling. It does require external power to power this device. The attachments do give me a bit more control and they are easy to install. They do make it easier to steam clean in either a wider area or in smaller crevices. I also was able to clean between the crevasse of my bathtub and get the grim right out. There are several attachment that are easy to take on and off. They are secure so you do not have to worry about them coming off. There are thin head attachments for those hard to reach corners. You are able to get a good amount of steam out of any head piece. There are thinner steamers for those window plates, and the traditional ones for hard wood floors and carpets. There is a cup to make it easier to mix chemical and measure it out There is a gun trigger to release and deploy the steam so you do not have to always constantly have steam when you are trying to clean. You can use as much water as you want however much you want but again be careful because this is steam and it will be hot. Another thing to note is that there is no way to clean up the water as this does not have an vacuum suction so you need to clean it with a cloth. I normally just put a cloth under where I am steaming to collect the water. I have not seen any issues of the steamers dying out on me or getting jammed. It should be rinsed out to avoid mold or such growing in the steamer. Overall I think this steamer is works for what I need it to do which is a little bit of detail cleaning on harder to reach places. It is a big device but you do not get any kind of bag to store everything which can make it easy to lose attachments. You do get plenty of attachment for all your deep cleanings. You can use this on your bathroom, kitchen or even your car if you wanted to. The steam gun is easy to control and it is not too heavy where you cannot use it with one hand even when it is full of water. I used today in my kitchen to clean the cabinets. It work amazing. Its so easy to use and really really helpful. Just be careful when you open the cap of the steamer. I bought this steam cleaner and didnt end up using it for the first time within my return time period. Ive tried using it several times and have read the directions and all that it does is spit out a bunch of water. I have never been able to get it to work right. Very disappointed but too late now. The media could not be loaded. My coworker was raving about how she started using a steam cleaner to do her household cleaning and it is so much better. I ofcourse had to order one and give it a try. I have to say I am pretty happy with this little machine. It is pretty simple to operate and doesn't take very long to get from tap water to steamy and ready to use. It comes with a variety of attachments making it super useful for anything you need to clean. I used it on my tile floor and couldn't believe the difference. It gives you that squeaky clean finish without using harsh chemicals. I also like that the cord is pretty long to. I haven't had to use an extension yet and I have used this machine quiet a bit recently. The brushes are great for getting in between tight spots.
