This is a fun addition to my house cleaning kit. Heats up fast, allowing me to get right to work without much waiting, and I mention this because I'm so impatient ha. It's not "industrial strength" but the pressure is find and more than enough for what I'll be using it on in my various household cleaning projects. The cord length is helpful - long enough to move about easily and I don't have convenient outlets in my house so this is a big deal. The brush attachment has been great and put to good use for now. I love watching these tools used in cleaning videos on social media, so i'm excited to have one haha. I'll be soon trying out more settings and the rest of the tools to see what else it can tackle. I have taken my time to review this product so I could really use it. Like I've fully steam/deep cleaned both of my bathrooms, part of my basement, let my mom borrow it, and more. Bottom line is, it works. And it works well enough, just not great. - Juggling holding the body, while also maneuvering the hose is a little tricky sometimes, especially at the top of showers, for example. - Sometimes the steam backs up in the attachments and comes out the holes where the pieces connect and you end up burning yourself without even trying. - I find the nylon brushes, after a good bit of running, become too soft for decent scrubbing and just kind of bend out of the way. - the tank capacity is a little small, but lasts longer than I would expect it to, which i appreciate. Any bigger and it would get too heavy for extended use. - I love the large variety in attachment heads, but find the clothes steamer redundant because I have a bigger and easier to use one - the cycle rate for coming up to pressure is really annoying. You can get 10-30 seconds of decent pressurized cleaning before you have to wait another 10-15 seconds for the cleaner to come back to pressure and can continue. This is fine for smaller projects, but for something as large as a shower or whole bathroom makes things ridiculously slow. - this thing is LOUD. Especially in small, echo-y places (like a shower) to the point I had to put earplugs in rather than my headphones. I had earplugs that canceled 28 decibels and it was still louder than I would have liked, although no longer painful to my ears, just annoying. Long story short, I will keep the product, but if I find a better quality one I will definitely be trading up. Read more
