I would never ever had put a star but I had to to write a review! It worked great for the first 10 minutes then the plastic attachment that goes on the body blew right off, thankfully no one was hurt. It is a cheap plastic part that screws onto a metal base. We tried to fix it, which I should not have had to do. I did not use it right away and now I can't return it. What a waste of money! Read more

Worked great for about 10 minutes, then when changing the heads out, the adapter stripped and the unit leaked and it eventually wouldn’t stay attatched. They need to make the attachment pieces that screw on metal on both separate sides. Not just one side. Otherwise the metal screw part will strip the plastic screw on attachment … which is what happened. Returning and looking for another. Sadly. Read more

I bought this to scrub my grout in the independently owned condo that I'm renting. The landlord did not have my place deep cleaned prior to move in so I've taken it upon myself to clean it. This did a great job lifting up the icky grime and dirt. I used the wire brush attachment and it was so nice to get it clean without having to use any chemicals. I just wiped over with a wet microfiber cloth to remove the blasted dirt. It does drip a lot when it's first heating up, so just have a bucket nearby to catch the drips. Read more
