This is definitely a waste of money. I receive the package on yesterday this morning. I got up excited to use it on my countertops, my bathtub and so forth the little scrub, bush attachment kept popping off, but let me back up. The holes popped off a few times. I made sure they both were secured by waiting for the clicking sound to confirm it was attached. While using it the holes popped off thank GOD it did not hit me in the face otherwise I would’ve been burned. The instructions in the book is in several different languages however, this is not a clear instructional guide on how to use it only States the parts, the attachment and where the attachments go. I didn’t really see a lot of steam coming out. it didn’t really clean anything. I had to google this item and watch videos on it. This steamer made a mess rather than a cleanup and I will definitely be returning it ASAP so yes, not even 24 hours after receiving the item. It is going back to the seller. I will stick to old fashion cleaning methods. Read more
